Reviews
We (family of 5-2 teens and a 9 year old) stayed here between Christmas and New Years and it was wonderful. The location couldn't have been more central, the rooms were gorgeous and spotless (ask about views-our fifth floor balcony rooms had beautiful castle views), the service was excellent. We were greeted with welcome drinks and there were beautiful miniature pastries with turn down service and the staff was so solicitous and helpful (offering great recs, booking cars to the airport, gifting 9 year old with extra holiday cookies just because etc). Delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. Would recommend!
We were very well received at the hotel, all the people who work there go to great lengths to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We felt like we were with our family.
The hotel is also very well located.
We will certainly be back.
